Moodle45 暫停服務公告

Moodle45停機期間：114年7月24日 至 7月31日

因進行 113-2 課程資料移轉，Moodle45 將暫停使用，期間無法登入或操作課程。

🔹 恢復時間：114年8月1日
屆時可於 Moodle45 平台存取 「1132－2025 Spring Semester」課程資料，並可進行課程複製。

原Moodle主機停用

原Moodle平台將自 114年7月24日 起全面關閉，不再提供服務。

1. 若需在 8月1日前於Moodle45使用1132課程資料，請在7月23日前完成備份課程並聯繫 Moodle 團隊協助跨平台還原。課程備份檔僅限用於Moodle跨平台還原，請勿解壓縮，並妥善保存。
   
   

2. 若需在 7月24日至31日 Moodle45停機期間使用課程資料，請務必在 7月23日前下載所需檔案，停機期間將無法存取任何資料。

Moodle45 Downtime Notice

Service Suspension Period: July 24 – July 31, 2025

To facilitate the migration of 113-2 course data, the Moodle45 platform will be temporarily unavailable.
During this time, users will not be able to log in or access any courses.

🔹 Service Resumes: August 1, 2025
Starting on this date, users can access 1132 – 2025 Spring Semester course data on Moodle45 and perform course duplication if needed.

  Decommissioning of the Original Moodle Platform

The original Moodle platform will be permanently shut down on July 24, 2025, and will no longer be available for use.

⚠ Special Situations – Please Prepare in Advance

• If you need to use 1132 course data on Moodle45 before August 1,
  please back up your course before July 23, and contact the Moodle support team for cross-platform restoration.
  ⚠️ Backup files are for Moodle use only, should not be unzipped, and must be stored securely.
  
  

• If you need to access course files during the Moodle45 downtime (July 24–31),
  please download any required materials before July 23, as the platform will be inaccessible during the migration period.

一、開課申請方式
即日起，請教師至「教師資訊整合系統」提出開課申請：
請先登入 iNCCU 愛政大
點選「校園資訊系統」→「校務系統 Web 版」→「教師資訊系統／教師資訊整合系統」進入申請頁面
(開課設定將於三個工作天內生效，請提前申請)

二、課程資料使用說明
(一)iNCCU現有icon
1.Moodle45：包含課程資料為 112-1、112-2、113-1。(113-2資料將於114年8月1日新增，7月24-31日停機移轉資料，無法登入)
2.Moodle：包含113-2課程資料，將於114年7月24日終止服務，並移除iNCCU中之 icon，無法再存取

(二)更早以前的課程資料
112學年以前之課程資料，請至 https://moodle35.nccu.edu.tw/ 查閱

 Course Application Notice for Moodle (Fall Semester 114-1)

1. Course Application Procedure
Starting immediately, instructors are requested to apply for course setup via the Integrated Faculty System:

Log in to iNCCU Portal (http://i.nccu.edu.tw)

Click on "Campus Information System" → "Campus web info. portal" → "Faculty" / "Teaching Staff Information Integrated System"
(Please note: Course settings will be activated within three working days. Early application is recommended.)

2. Course Data Availability

(1) Moodle Platforms Accessible from iNCCU

Moodle45: Includes course data for semesters 112-1, 112-2, and 113-1.
(113-2 course data will be added on August 1, 2025. The system will be down for data transfer from July 24 to 31, during which time login will be unavailable.)

Moodle: Contains 113-2 course data, and will be decommissioned on July 24, 2025. The icon will also be removed from iNCCU, and the platform will no longer be accessible.

For courses from academic year 112 and earlier, please visit:

申請對象：欲使用 Moodle 平台的教師

申請方式：請至教師資訊整合系統完成申請

申請說明：詳盡流程請參閱說明 1.單一課程開課申請 2.合併課程開課申請 3.取消合併課程

三、主機資料移轉，暫停服務

停機時間：114年7月24日至7月31日

影響範圍：Moodle45主機將關機進行113-2學期課程資料移轉，期間暫停使用

四、原Moodle主機自114年7月24日起全面終止服務

備份提醒：114年7月23日前，請教師和學生備份所需課程資料，停機後將無法再存取

Moodle Platform Upgrade (Including Legacy System Downtime) and 114-1 Course Application Guide

1. New Moodle45 Server Launch

• Launch Date: July 1, 2025

• Login Method: Access via iNCCU Moodle45

2. Course Application Process

Starting from Academic Year 114, Semester 1, Moodle courses require an application. Completing the application process is mandatory to use the platform.

• Application Period: Starting July 15, 2025

• Eligible Applicants: Teachers intending to use the Moodle platform

• Application Method: Complete the application through the Teacher Information Integration System

• Application Instructions: Refer to the following guides:

3. Server Data Transfer and Platform Maintenance

• Maintenance Period: July 24–31, 2025

• Impact: The Moodle45 server will be shut down for data migration of courses from Academic Year 113, Semester 2. During this period, the platform will be unavailable.

4. Decommissioning of the Original Moodle Server Effective July 24, 2025

• Backup Reminder: Teachers and students are advised to back up any necessary course materials before July 23, 2025, as the old server will no longer be accessible after deactivation.
